Hi gorgeous, I'm Kathryn. I'm a Registered Nurse and have been a cosmetic injector for a year and a half! At Elevate Beauty by KW, we are highly skilled and experienced professional nurses who are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our clients.

We specialize in Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, IV Therapy, Weight Loss and Wellness Injections, and PCDC Lipo-Dissolve with more services coming July 2025!

Our Services

Neurotoxin Injections

Neurotoxins are composed of small amounts of botulinum toxin which work by targeting and blocking nerve endings in your muscle resulting in relaxation of the muscles injected. This decreases muscle activity, smooths the skin, and reduces wrinkles on the face. Neurotoxins work best on dynamic wrinkles which are created when the muscle is moved. Neurotoxins may also soften static lines, but will never completely erase them. Results may be seen as quick as 48 hours with Daxxify.

Daxxify

Daxxify is the only neurotoxins on the market using a proprietary peptide to deliver the neurotoxin effect directly to nerve endings, promoting collagen production, improving overall skin texture, and provides clients with an overall glowy appearance.

Botox

One of the most common neurotoxins on the market.

Xeomin

Xeomin is recommended for clients who build a tolerance to botox. It is a "pure" neurotoxin and does not contain additives.

Jeuveau

Referred to as the "newtox", Jeuveau is a newer version of the original Botox ingredients and a great alternative if other neurotoxins are producing less of an effect.

IV Therapy

IV hydration can quickly restore hydration levels by delivering fluids directly into the bloodstream. This can help prevent symptoms of dehydration, such as fatigue, dizziness, and headaches. Results in an average of 15% weight loss over 16 week treatment. Compounded with B6 to help combat GI side effects and increase energy levels. Patients must be have a BMI >25 to qualify, once per week injections.

Tirzepatide

GLP-1 injection, simular to Semaglutide in function. Results in an average of 21% weight loss over 16 week treatment. In studies, Tirzepatide has also shown a decrease in GI side effects from slowing gastric motility such as nausea, heartburn and constipation. Patients must have a BMI >25 to qualify, once per week injections.

MIC Lipo Slim

Break through weight loss plateaus and fight off fatigue with the addition of B12. Speed up your metabolism and curve hunger cravings. Ideal for the patient looking for help to loose those last stubborn 10-20 pounds. No BMI requirement. 1-2 times/week injections.

PCDC Lipo Dissolve

PCDC also known as Phosphatidylcholine and Sodium Deoxycholate is similar in formula to the well-known Kybella treatments. PCDC is a compounded formula that is injected directly into fatty tissue and is used for fat cell lysis by altering the fat cell membrane permeability. PCDC therapy is not used for weight loss, instead it is used for contouring the body shape and addressing stubborn pockets of fat. Results are semi-permanent and will last as long as a healthy lifestyle is maintained.
